My IBM T40 let me down!! in fact it probably the motherhood; and apparently our laptop is not under guarantee since the 06/08 according IBM Support repair cost 650$CA(500euros)!
added to the fact my french school ISEN(who had buy them :120 laptop for almost its students)
is closed until when???( fucking bast...:MrD&G, did u negociate the 6 month extension???)

1)
if U want to overclock you have to change the clock (so the frequency in the BIOS) and not the tension!!!

2) don't say "AMD could piss u off for the garanty" but "AMD WILL piss u off for the garanty"

3)XP is not limited with 128G. I'have 300G and everything's allright with modifying the BIOS!!

I talk with the hardware teamate about your conf and your questions and he says:
"MSI is good even if u see bad reviews cos no one is perfect, but is not the best to overclock, and u want to double the tension up to 3,5V wo you're crazy try not to burn it; pay attention when you overclock cos AMD could piss u off for the garanty, about Sata u may have changes to make in the BIOS, and u may be limited to 128G for XP"
